In the late 1990s, as the digital age dawned, we foresaw the boundless opportunities that the internet would unlock for serving customers nationwide. With foresight and determination, we embarked on a journey to extend our reach far beyond our physical borders. 

Our story began amidst the streets of Sheerness, Kent where we established our roots at KC Carpet Warehouse. As demand surged, so did our ambition. In 2008, propelled by a desire to offer an unparalleled selection of Artificial Grass at unbeatable prices, we launched our online platform, expressgrass.com.

Driven by a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, we outgrew our Sheerness premises and found a new home in Sittingbourne in January 2013.
This move marked a significant milestone in our journey, enabling us to introduce cutting-edge automation technology.
With precision cutting machines at our disposal, we ensure every order is meticulously measured, cut, and wrapped, whether it's for our 'Cut While You Wait' service or for online orders dispatched the same day, even during the busiest summer months.

The expansion to our current 10,000 sqft warehouse not only provided ample space for our growing operations but also allowed us to maintain stock levels exceeding 150,000m², ensuring our customers never hear the words "Sorry, we've sold out!"

Our journey reached new heights of pride and accomplishment during the iconic London Olympics of 2012.
That memorable year saw expressgrass honored with a prestigious opportunity: being chosen by both the Olympic Committee and international broadcasters to supply Artificial Grass for stadiums, events, and studios to facilitate the comprehensive coverage of the games.
This momentous occasion not only showcased our commitment to quality and reliability but also affirmed our position as a trusted industry leader on a global stage.

In 2020, as part of our global vision, we embarked on a new venture, establishing a warehouse in California to cater to customers across all states of the USA.
